There are two types of rentals in Laguna Woods Village.
There are co-ops that can be rented 6 months in a 12 month period. This starts on the forst day that your house is rented. The rental period starts on the first day your house is rented. These short term rentals are normally furnished with all linens, kitchen utencils, dishes etc. The association processing fee is $110. for each new renter.
There are also condominiums that are normally unfurnished and rent for a minimum of 1 year. These are called long term rentals. The association processing fee is $160.
